I am very pleased to be invited to attend the PBC Economic Forum.</p><p>The topic I share today is to talk about some connections between capital market and innovation in combination with our own innovation.</p><p>Because I started my business when I was in college, I have also participated in many enterprises in all aspects of financing and investment, and I have some feelings. I'll share some with you based on some practices in Nio.</p><p>Nio is a very young company. Compared with the current mainstream car companies in the automobile industry, we are still a primary school student.</p><p><strong>Since the end of 2014, we really started making cars, which has been about six years, and it has only been three years since our first car was delivered. It should be said that we are indeed a very young company.</strong></p><p>A company that has been thinking globally since its inception</p><p>Bringing together talent around the world as we build our team in 2015</p><p>When Nio was founded, we also had some different ideas. At that time, I thought that the automobile industry itself was a global industry. In fact, it was difficult to say that a company in the automobile industry was successful in a region. I think it was very difficult.</p><p>Since 2015, we have hoped to participate in the global competition, because there are already many automobile companies in China, but there is not a company born with global thinking.</p><p>So<strong>When we set up a team in 2015, in fact, from the first day, we set up our R&D team in the United States, Europe, Shanghai and Beijing simultaneously.</strong></p><p>Because I have a relatively simple understanding that to be a company with global competitiveness, we must have global talents.<strong>It is very useful for us to start entering the global market whether it is the reality of bringing talents together in one place or the reality of recruiting the best people in the local area everywhere.</strong></p><p>It makes a difference to make an inappropriate analogy, like whether a young child grows up being bilingual or grows up learning English again.</p><p><strong>Today, when we are about to enter the global market, the role of our early thinking is reflected. In 2019, the company encountered many challenges. We did not shut down our offices in the United States, Munich and the United Kingdom during the most difficult times. We still continued such a seed.</strong></p><p>So when we really want to enter the global market, it is true that the later experience is different.</p><p>For example, on May 6th this year, we officially announced that we would start providing services in the European market. The first country was Norway. When we set up Norwegian team, we not only recruited people locally, but also communicated with them, so that they understood, had some trust in you and were willing to participate in a cause like ours, which was very useful.</p><p>Enter the high-end market when you come up</p><p>Not simply emotionally driven</p><p>From an entrepreneurial perspective, that is, after China's reform and opening up, it may be the fourth and fifth generations<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/V03.SI\">Startups</a>。</p><p>In fact, today, there are actually more and more Chinese companies with a global perspective like NIO, including companies like tik-tok, which are very popular in the Internet field recently. In fact, there are many, many new models like this.</p><p><strong>From the perspective of Nio positioning, what is the difference between us and the average Chinese car company?</strong></p><p><strong>When we came up, we entered the high-end market. Simply put, it is the traditional market like BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi. This may also be a different path from most Chinese car companies.</strong>Most companies in China choose to do it slowly from the bottom to the top, and we will enter the mainstream high-end market when we come up.</p><p>Of course, this is not simply driven by feelings, or simply setting high goals for yourself. In fact, it is also a more rational idea.</p><p>Cars are more expensive and can use the latest technology</p><p>traditional<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DLX\">luxury</a>Brand, does less innovation for the Chinese market</p><p>Because from the perspective of starting a business in 2015,<strong>I think to be a high-end market, in fact, the probability of success is more competitive than to be a market with a price of more than 100,000 yuan.</strong></p><p>There are many reasons, including tax reasons, including battery cost considerations and many other reasons.</p><p>There are two other important reasons,<strong>One is that I can use the latest technology. If my car is too cheap, I can't afford a lot of new technology. If the car sells for a relatively high price, I can use some of the latest technology.</strong></p><p><strong>Another very important reason is that traditional luxury brands have made less innovations for the Chinese market. Generally speaking, their speed is definitely slower.</strong></p><p>So we chose this path at that time, which was indeed more difficult, or others thought we were arrogant.</p><p>Three SUVs, over 100,000 units delivered</p><p>20,000 units delivered in Q1, more than all premium brands EV deliveries combined</p><p>But from today's perspective, we are benefiting from positioning. As of the end of April this year, we now have three vehicles all SUVs, and we delivered 102,803 units, which is more than 100,000 units.</p><p>A figure behind this is actually more meaningful. The unit price of our average terminal is 437,000 RMB, which is actually higher than that of BMW and Audi, and about 130,000 to 40,000 RMB more expensive than the average unit price of Tesla.</p><p>In fact, we have successfully gained a foothold in the mainstream high-end market. I can't say that we have gained a foothold, at least I squeezed it in.</p><p>In the field of electric vehicles, if we look at a high-end positioning, we don't look at the positioning of model 3 and model y. If we look at the positioning of model s and model x, last year, they delivered about 18,000 units worldwide in the fourth quarter, and we delivered 17,000 units in the Chinese market.</p><p>We<strong>This year, 20,000 units were delivered in the Chinese market in Q1. All other high-end brands of electric vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Tesla's high-line vehicles, all added up, which is actually not as large as ours.</strong>So from today, we have also embarked on a new path.</p><p>There is a very interesting thing here. In fact, the mindset of Chinese consumers is also undergoing great changes. Chinese consumers are no longer the consumers 10 years ago or 20 years ago.</p><p>Today, after these consumers born in 90s and 85s in China mature, they actually adopt a rating mentality for foreign brands and foreign-funded brands. I am born in 70s. When we just graduated from university in 1996, there was a big gap between China's automobile industry and many Chinese consumer goods brands and foreign brands.</p><p>Therefore, our brand positioning, from today's perspective, is still done right.</p><p>Thinking about innovation from three levels</p><p>Product and technology innovation, service experience innovation, business model innovation</p><p>When it comes to innovation, let's look at it from three perspectives. Nio is a very innovative company.</p><p>I think the innovation of Nio is comprehensive. It is not only an innovation at a point, but also an innovation at a surface and a system.</p><p>We often talk about innovation. Maybe many times we understand it narrowly, and simply understand it as product and technology innovation.<strong>In addition to the innovation of products and technologies, there is also the innovation of the whole service experience. Like many e-commerce fields in China, take-out, many of them are innovations in service experience, and there are also many innovations in business models.</strong></p><p>Nio thinks about innovation, also according to these three levels, there are<strong>Products and technology are the foundation. On this basis, what different experiences have we brought to users? Do you have some innovative experiences?</strong></p><p><strong>Further up, have we made some different innovations in business models because we have used the latest technology and brought different experiences to users</strong>Therefore, the innovation of Nio actually thinks from these three dimensions.</p><p>Win Formula E's First Annual Drivers' Championship</p><p>EP9, released in 2016, still holds a lot of records</p><p>Product and technology innovation, if from the perspective of results,<strong>We won Formula E in 2015, the first annual driver's championship in history.</strong></p><p>Formula E is the Formula E competition held by the FIA. It was the first season of 2014-2015. We went to this competition not long after the company was founded, and we narrowly won it.<strong>Winning the first Driver of the Year championship in the history of electric vehicles in the world, which is actually the first world championship for Chinese industry in the history of international sports.</strong></p><p><strong>We released EP9 in 2016, and so far EP9 has maintained many records, such as the fastest driverless car, and we have also created the fastest parameter records of many tracks.</strong>Our car is all carbon fiber, has 4 motors, 1360 horsepower, and one megawatt of power.</p><p>In fact, we started to gain some respect in Europe, and a lot of it started with these two events, starting with EP9.</p><p>We released a concept car in 2017, which was also named the best concept car of the year by the German Designers Association. We look forward to the changes that autonomous driving will bring to the car. We think that the car will become a mobile living space and an emotional partner. Such concepts are also reflected in our subsequent mass-produced cars.</p><p>We revealed the ES8 at the end of 2017 as a 6-seater flagship SUV, and at the end of 2018 we revealed the ES6 as a workhorse ultimate SUV, and last year we started delivering the EC6 as a<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">smart</a>Electric coupe SUV.</p><p>This car actually has a very interesting thing, because the coupe SUV is relatively targeted at the target user group with a little personality, and it is a high-end model that pursues individuality.</p><p>EC6 as a coupe SUV</p><p>More sales in April than four premium petrol cars combined</p><p>ET7 Autopilot Has 7x More Computing Power Than Tesla</p><p>As a Coupe SUV, our EC6 was sold in April. BMW x4 plus BMW x6, Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe and Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe, the combined sales volume of four gasoline coupes was 178 fewer than ours, which is actually quite interesting.</p><p>In some market segments, the sales of gasoline cars are no longer comparable to the sales of electric cars. Of course, we will also enter more markets. For example, on January 9th this year, we just released the ET7, which is our first sedan. We used to be an SUV, which is the first sedan and the first car of our second generation platform.</p><p>What is a second generation platform? It is in terms of autonomous driving technology, which is a huge leap compared with the cars we are selling now.</p><p>For the whole technical content of autonomous Driving, for example, its computing power is 1016t, so take Tesla as a metaphor. The current car of Tesla FED (Full Self-Driving) is almost 144t, which is about 7 times that of Tesla.</p><p>We are also equipped with this high-precision lidar as standard, with more than 30 sensors, and our cameras have 11 8-megabit high-precision cameras. In fact, both from the perspective of sensors and computing power, it is ahead of all cars on the market now, and our shape is also a very unique AD or Design for AD shape.</p><p>Therefore, ET7 should have gained a lot of attention at the Shanghai Auto Show, which just participated in the end of April this year, and basically became the research object of all automobile companies.</p><p>\"Three Electricity\" and \"Three Wisdom\" are all self-developed</p><p>World's first mass production<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/MBLY\">Mobileye</a>EyeQ4</p><p>When we began to design the car in 2015, \"three electricity\" (referring to the motor, electronic control and battery pack of the system) and \"three intelligence\" (referring to the intelligent gateway, intelligent cockpit and automatic assisted driving system of the system) were all self-developed.</p><p><strong>Except for chips, most of our \"three electricity\" and \"three intelligence\" systems are made by ourselves.</strong></p><p><strong>For example, our ADAS system is called NIO Pilot. We are the first ADAS system in the world to mass-produce Mobileye EyeQ4 chips. We are about 10 months earlier than the industry, and the whole software is developed by ourselves.</strong></p><p><strong>Our NIO Pilot system has now been used by users for nearly 170 million kilometers</strong>The selection rate of users is very high, which also relieves a lot of value pressure for users.</p><p>The NIO Autonomous Driving system we are mass-producing now is as mentioned earlier. The system we matched on ET7 has more than 30 cameras, which basically improves the safety and Autonomous Driving ability of the whole vehicle by an order of magnitude.</p><p>Let our computing platform, whether in terms of computing power, architecture, brave design and backbone network, raise the level of the whole industry to a new level.</p><p>The first system to have a concrete AI in a car</p><p>Invested tens of billions in research and development</p><p>Establish a system of positive development</p><p><strong>The artificial intelligence system we have in the car is called nomi. It is not only a voice interaction system, but also the first system with concrete artificial intelligence in the car.</strong>Nowadays, users use it a lot every day, and it is constantly evolving.</p><p>In fact, we have a lot of originality in artificial intelligence system. For example, we have made an emotional engine, which is actually a very interesting innovation.</p><p>actually<strong>In the past few years, Nio has invested tens of billions of RMB in research and development</strong>The difference between us and previous Chinese companies is that we start from a line to do this kind of research and development, and we are completely positive development.</p><p>What are the benefits of forward development?<strong>It may cost more money at first, and it will be slower, but the advantage is that it can really build a forward development system</strong>。</p><p>Moreover, the habit of R&D is better. If it is done in the reverse or in other ways, in fact, the logic of his thinking is different.</p><p>The good thing about us now is that in 2015, we chose to do full forward development. We didn't reverse anyone's car, and we didn't have an IP dispute.</p><p>The DNA we cultivate in the future is completely different.</p><p><strong>We now have more than 4,000 patents. Of course, we are constantly improving, not only the quantity, but also the quality of R&D patents. I'll share some with you based on some practices in Nio.</p><p>Nio is a very young company. Compared with the current mainstream car companies in the automobile industry, we are still a primary school student.</p><p><strong>Since the end of 2014, we really started making cars, which has been about six years, and it has only been three years since our first car was delivered. It should be said that we are indeed a very young company.</strong></p><p>A company that has been thinking globally since its inception</p><p>Bringing together talent around the world as we build our team in 2015</p><p>When Nio was founded, we also had some different ideas. At that time, I thought that the automobile industry itself was a global industry. In fact, it was difficult to say that a company in the automobile industry was successful in a region. I think it was very difficult.</p><p>Since 2015, we have hoped to participate in the global competition, because there are already many automobile companies in China, but there is not a company born with global thinking.</p><p>So<strong>When we set up a team in 2015, in fact, from the first day, we set up our R&D team in the United States, Europe, Shanghai and Beijing simultaneously.</strong></p><p>Because I have a relatively simple understanding that to be a company with global competitiveness, we must have global talents.<strong>It is very useful for us to start entering the global market whether it is the reality of bringing talents together in one place or the reality of recruiting the best people in the local area everywhere.</strong></p><p>It makes a difference to make an inappropriate analogy, like whether a young child grows up being bilingual or grows up learning English again.</p><p><strong>Today, when we are about to enter the global market, the role of our early thinking is reflected. In 2019, the company encountered many challenges. We did not shut down our offices in the United States, Munich and the United Kingdom during the most difficult times. We still continued such a seed.</strong></p><p>So when we really want to enter the global market, it is true that the later experience is different.</p><p>For example, on May 6th this year, we officially announced that we would start providing services in the European market. The first country was Norway. When we set up Norwegian team, we not only recruited people locally, but also communicated with them, so that they understood, had some trust in you and were willing to participate in a cause like ours, which was very useful.</p><p>Enter the high-end market when you come up</p><p>Not simply emotionally driven</p><p>From an entrepreneurial perspective, that is, after China's reform and opening up, it may be the fourth and fifth generations<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/V03.SI\">Startups</a>。</p><p>In fact, today, there are actually more and more Chinese companies with a global perspective like NIO, including companies like tik-tok, which are very popular in the Internet field recently. In fact, there are many, many new models like this.</p><p><strong>From the perspective of Nio positioning, what is the difference between us and the average Chinese car company?</strong></p><p><strong>When we came up, we entered the high-end market. Simply put, it is the traditional market like BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi. This may also be a different path from most Chinese car companies.</strong>Most companies in China choose to do it slowly from the bottom to the top, and we will enter the mainstream high-end market when we come up.</p><p>Of course, this is not simply driven by feelings, or simply setting high goals for yourself. In fact, it is also a more rational idea.</p><p>Cars are more expensive and can use the latest technology</p><p>traditional<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DLX\">luxury</a>Brand, does less innovation for the Chinese market</p><p>Because from the perspective of starting a business in 2015,<strong>I think to be a high-end market, in fact, the probability of success is more competitive than to be a market with a price of more than 100,000 yuan.</strong></p><p>There are many reasons, including tax reasons, including battery cost considerations and many other reasons.</p><p>There are two other important reasons,<strong>One is that I can use the latest technology. If my car is too cheap, I can't afford a lot of new technology. If the car sells for a relatively high price, I can use some of the latest technology.</strong></p><p><strong>Another very important reason is that traditional luxury brands have made less innovations for the Chinese market. Generally speaking, their speed is definitely slower.</strong></p><p>So we chose this path at that time, which was indeed more difficult, or others thought we were arrogant.</p><p>Three SUVs, over 100,000 units delivered</p><p>20,000 units delivered in Q1, more than all premium brands EV deliveries combined</p><p>But from today's perspective, we are benefiting from positioning. As of the end of April this year, we now have three vehicles all SUVs, and we delivered 102,803 units, which is more than 100,000 units.</p><p>A figure behind this is actually more meaningful. The unit price of our average terminal is 437,000 RMB, which is actually higher than that of BMW and Audi, and about 130,000 to 40,000 RMB more expensive than the average unit price of Tesla.</p><p>In fact, we have successfully gained a foothold in the mainstream high-end market. I can't say that we have gained a foothold, at least I squeezed it in.</p><p>In the field of electric vehicles, if we look at a high-end positioning, we don't look at the positioning of model 3 and model y. If we look at the positioning of model s and model x, last year, they delivered about 18,000 units worldwide in the fourth quarter, and we delivered 17,000 units in the Chinese market.</p><p>We<strong>This year, 20,000 units were delivered in the Chinese market in Q1. All other high-end brands of electric vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Tesla's high-line vehicles, all added up, which is actually not as large as ours.</strong>So from today, we have also embarked on a new path.</p><p>There is a very interesting thing here. In fact, the mindset of Chinese consumers is also undergoing great changes. Chinese consumers are no longer the consumers 10 years ago or 20 years ago.</p><p>Today, after these consumers born in 90s and 85s in China mature, they actually adopt a rating mentality for foreign brands and foreign-funded brands. I am born in 70s. When we just graduated from university in 1996, there was a big gap between China's automobile industry and many Chinese consumer goods brands and foreign brands.</p><p>Therefore, our brand positioning, from today's perspective, is still done right.</p><p>Thinking about innovation from three levels</p><p>Product and technology innovation, service experience innovation, business model innovation</p><p>When it comes to innovation, let's look at it from three perspectives. Nio is a very innovative company.</p><p>I think the innovation of Nio is comprehensive. It is not only an innovation at a point, but also an innovation at a surface and a system.</p><p>We often talk about innovation. Maybe many times we understand it narrowly, and simply understand it as product and technology innovation.<strong>In addition to the innovation of products and technologies, there is also the innovation of the whole service experience. Like many e-commerce fields in China, take-out, many of them are innovations in service experience, and there are also many innovations in business models.</strong></p><p>Nio thinks about innovation, also according to these three levels, there are<strong>Products and technology are the foundation. On this basis, what different experiences have we brought to users? It was the first season of 2014-2015. We went to this competition not long after the company was founded, and we narrowly won it.<strong>Winning the first Driver of the Year championship in the history of electric vehicles in the world, which is actually the first world championship for Chinese industry in the history of international sports.</strong></p><p><strong>We released EP9 in 2016, and so far EP9 has maintained many records, such as the fastest driverless car, and we have also created the fastest parameter records of many tracks.</strong>Our car is all carbon fiber, has 4 motors, 1360 horsepower, and one megawatt of power.</p><p>In fact, we started to gain some respect in Europe, and a lot of it started with these two events, starting with EP9.</p><p>We released a concept car in 2017, which was also named the best concept car of the year by the German Designers Association. We hope that the R&D budget we can invest this year will be 5 billion yuan,</strong>However, because many of our R&D are still in relatively basic application R&D, the quality of R&D is still very high, which is some of our technological innovations.</p><p>Simply put, we are around the technical capability of a whole station of intelligent electric vehicles, and we hope to establish such R&D and innovation capabilities.</p><p>Household charging pile, overcharging pile, destination charging pile</p><p>Make power-up easier than refueling</p><p><strong>In the second part, I want to talk about the innovation of entrepreneurial service experience.</strong></p><p>In fact, from NIO's perspective, we have the most basic angle, that is, we hope to give users a good experience, which can make users like smart electric vehicles, and then really realize the vision of letting more and more people drive electric vehicles.</p><p>Service innovation and experience innovation are actually some advantages of Chinese companies, but we combine it with users' scenarios to the extreme.</p><p><strong>For example, we have always had a goal. 。”“我们现在已经有200多座换电站,1000多根超充桩,小2000个目的地桩,还接进来了第三方的充电桩38万根。”以上是蔚来汽车有限公司(NIO.US)创始人、董事长、CEO李斌,日前在五道口全球金融论坛上分享的最新精彩观点。蔚来汽车作为高端电动车的龙头股之一,2021年一季度营业收入达到79.82亿元,同比上升481.8%,归母净利润为-48.75亿元,同比下降183.0%。本次的全金融论坛李斌谈到蔚来建立时不同于其他中国企业之处,一则是有全球视角,二来最初的目标就是进军高端市场。蔚来的创新有三个层面,产品和技术的创新,服务体验的创新,以及商业模式的创新。演讲中对蔚来领先全球的技术层面,便利充换电的创新,以及买车租电池,升级服务,合作制造等新型的商业模式进行了详细的介绍。聪明投资者整理了演讲全文,分享给大家。蔚来造车已有六年大家好,我是蔚来李斌。非常高兴受邀来参加五道口的经济论坛。我今天分享的题目就是结合我们自己的创新讲一讲资本市场和创新的一些连接。因为我是上大学就开始创业,从融资投资各方面来讲,也参与了非常多的企业,也有一些感受,我先结合蔚来的一些实践,来跟大家做一些分享。蔚来是一个非常年轻的公司,在汽车行业跟现在的主流汽车公司相比,我们还是一个小学生。我们从2014年底,真真正正的开始做车到现在,差不多到是6年左右,我们第一辆车交付到现在也就三年时间,应该讲我们确实还是一个非常年轻的公司。一个从诞生以来就有全球化思考的公司 2015年搭建团队时在世界各地汇聚人才蔚来在成立的时候,我们也有一些不一样的想法,当时我想汽车产业它本身就是一个全球的产业,其实很难说一个汽车产业的公司在一个区域成功,我觉得是非常难的。我们从2015年的时候,就希望能参与全球的竞争,因为中国已经有很多汽车的企业了,但是还没有一个生来就有全球思考的公司。所以我们在2015年搭团队的时候,其实从第一天开始,我们在美国,欧洲,上海和北京同步搭建我们研发的team。因为我有一个比较简单的理解,要做一个(具有)全球竞争力的公司,必须有全球的人才,是把人才汇聚到一个地方现实,还是在每个地方都去招在当地最优秀的人现实,这对于我们开始进入到全球市场是非常有用的。做一个不恰当的比喻,就像一个小孩子从小讲双语,还是长大了再学英语,这是有区别的。今天在我们要进入到全球市场的时候,我们早期思考的作用体现出来了。在2019年公司遇到了很多的挑战,我们在最艰难的时候,也没有把美国,慕尼黑,英国的办公室关掉,我们仍然延续了这样一个种子。所以在我们真正要进入到全球市场的时候,确实后来的体验就不一样。比如在今年的5月6号我们正式宣布,要开始在欧洲市场提供服务,第一个国家是挪威,我们在搭建挪威team的时候,我们不光在当地招聘人,还跟他们交流沟通,让他们理解,对你有一些信任,愿意参与我们这样的事业,这都是非常有用的。上来就进军高端市场 不是简单的情怀驱动从一个创业的角度来讲,也就是中国改革开放以后,可能是第4代第5代的创业公司。其实今天像NIO这样有全球视野的中国公司其实越来越多了,包括最近互联网领域非常火的像tik-tok这样的公司,其实有很多很多像这样的,新的一些样板。蔚来在定位的角度来讲,我们另外一个跟中国一般的汽车公司不一样在哪?我们上来就进军高端市场,简单来讲就是传统的像宝马、奔驰、奥迪这样的市场,这可能也是跟中国大部分的汽车公司选了不一样的路,中国大部分的公司都是选择从下往上慢慢去做,我们上来就进军主流高端市场。当然这其实也不是简单的情怀驱动,或者说简单给自己设定了高的目标,其实也是一个比较理性的想法。汽车售价高一些,可以用到最新的技术 传统的豪华品牌,针对中国市场做的创新较少因为从我2015年的时候做创业的角度来讲,我认为去做一个高端一点的市场,其实成功的概率比做一个(汽车价位)就十几万的市场反而是更有竞争力的。有很多的原因,包括税收方面的原因,包括电池成本方面的考量等等很多的原因。也有另外两个很重要的原因,一个是我能用最新的技术,如果我的车太便宜,很多新的技术我是用不起的,如果车相对来说售价高一些,我可以用到一些最新的技术。另外也还有一个很重要的原因,就是传统的豪华品牌,他们针对中国市场去做的创新反而是比较少的,总体来说他们的速度肯定是要更慢一些。所以当时我们就选择了这条路,确实比较难一些,或者别人都觉得我们狂妄了一些。三款SUV,交付超过了10万台 Q1交付2万台,高于所有高端品牌电动汽车交付量总和但从今天来看,我们是受益于定位的。截止到今年的4月底,我们现在有三款车都是SUV,我们交付了102,803台,超过了10万台。这背后的一个数字其实更有意义一些,我们平均终端的销售单价是43.7万人民币,其实比宝马和奥迪都要高,比特斯拉平均的单价要贵大概十三四万人民币。在事实上来讲,我们在主流高端市场已经比较成功的站住了一个脚跟,我还不能说站稳了,至少我把它挤进去了。在电动车的领域,如果去看一个高端定位,我们不去看model 3, model y这样的定位,我们如果去看model s和model x的定位,去年他们第四季度在全球大概交付了一万八千台,我们在中国市场,交付了一万七千台。我们今年Q1在中国市场交付了2万台,所有别的高端品牌的电动汽车,宝马、奔驰、奥迪,包括特斯拉的高线全部加起来,其实没有我们的量大。所以我们从今天来讲也是走出了一条新的路。这里面有一个很有意思的事情,其实中国消费者的 mindset也在发生很大的变化,中国的消费者已经不是10年前,20年前的消费者。中国今天90后85后的这些消费者成熟起来以后,他对于外国的品牌,外资的品牌,其实更多采用的是评次的心态,我是70后,我们大学刚毕业96年的时候,中国的汽车产业,中国很多消费品品牌和国外品牌差距还挺大的。所以我们的品牌定位,从今天来看还是做对了的。从三个层面思考创新 产品和技术的创新,服务体验的创新,商业模式的创新讲到创新,我们从三个角度去看,蔚来是一家非常追求创新的公司。我觉得蔚来的创新是全面的,它不光是一个点上的创新,它是一个面上和一个体系的创新。我们经常讲创新,可能很多的时候我们比较窄的去理解,把它简单的理解成为产品和技术的创新。创新除了产品和技术的创新,也有整个服务体验的创新。像中国的很多电商领域,外卖,很多是服务体验的创新,另外也有很多商业模式的创新。蔚来在创新方面的思考,也是按照这三个层面去看的,有产品和技术这是地基,我们在这个基础之上,给用户带来了什么不一样的体验,有没有一些创新的体验?再往上一层,我们有没有因为用了最新的技术,因为给用户带来不一样的体验,在商业模式上有一些不同的创新,所以蔚来的创新,其实是从这三个维度去思考。赢得Formula E第一个年度车手总冠军 2016年发布的EP9,至今还保持了非常多的记录产品和技术的创新,如果从结果的角度来讲,我们在2015年的时候就赢了Formula E,历史上第一个年度车手总冠军。Formula E是国际汽联举办的电动方程式大赛,它是2014~2015年的第一个赛季,我们是公司成立没多久,就中途去参加了这个比赛,最后我们一分险胜,赢得了世界电动汽车历史上第一个年度车手的总冠军,这其实也是中国的工业界在国际运动史上的第一个世界冠军。我们在2016年的时候发布了EP9,到今天为止EP9也还保持了非常多的记录,比如说最快的无人驾驶的车,我们也创造了很多赛道的最快的参数记录。我们这个车是全碳纤维的,有4个电机,1360马力,一兆瓦的动力。其实我们在欧洲开始获得了一些尊重,也很多都是从这两个赛事开始的,从EP9开始的。我们在2017年发布了一款概念车,也被德国设计师协会评为年度最佳概念车,我们展望了一下自动驾驶会带来的对车的改变,我们认为车会变成一个移动的生活空间,会变成一个有情感的伙伴,这样的一些理念在我们后续量产车里面也都体现了。我们在2017年底发布了ES8是一款6座旗舰的SUV,在2018年底我们发布了ES6,是一个主力的终极SUV,去年我们开始交付了 EC6 是一款智能电动轿跑SUV。这个车其实有一个非常有意思的事情,因为轿跑SUV相对来说针对的是有个性一点的目标用户群体,它是一个追求个性的高端车型。EC6作为轿跑SUV 4月份的销量超过四款高端汽油车的总和 ET7自动驾驶的算力是特斯拉的7倍我们EC6作为一个轿跑SUV,在4月份的销量上牌量,宝马x4加上宝马x6,加上奔驰GLC Coupe,加上奔驰GLE Coupe,4款汽油车的轿跑加起来的销量比我们还要少178台,其实也是挺有意思的一个事情。我们在一些细分市场,汽油车的销量已经比不过电动车的销量了,当然我们也会进入更多的市场,比如说我们在今年1月9号,刚刚发布了ET7,这是我们第一款轿车,以前我们是SUV,这是第一款轿车,也是我们第二代平台的第一辆车。什么叫第二代平台?就是在自动驾驶的技术方面,跟现在我们正在销售的车相比是一个巨大的跃升。对于自动驾驶整个的技术含量,比如说它computing的算力是1016t,那么拿特斯拉做一个比喻,特斯拉FED(Full Self-Driving)现在的车差不多是144t,我们大概是(特斯拉的)7倍。我们也标配了这种高精度的激光雷达,有30多个传感器,我们的摄像头有11个8兆的高精度的摄像头,其实不管是从传感器还是从算力的角度来讲,都是领先现在市面上所有的车,我们的造型也是一个非常独特的AD的,或 Design for AD的造型。所以ET7在今年刚刚参加了4月底结束的上海车展上,应该是获得了非常多的关注,基本上成为所有的汽车企业在研究的对象。“三电”和“三智”都是自行研发 全世界第一款量产 Mobileye EyeQ4我们在2015年开始设计车的时候,“三电”(指系统的电机、电控、电池包)和“三智”(指的是系统的智能网关、智能座舱、自动辅助驾驶系统)都是自行研发的。除了芯片以外,我们大部分“三电”和“三智”系统都是我们自己做的。比如我们的ADAS的系统叫NIO Pilot,我们是全世界第一款量产 Mobileye EyeQ4芯片的ADAS系统,我们比行业差不多要早大概10个月左右,整个软件都是我们自己开发的。我们 NIO Pilot的系统现在用户已经使用了将近1.7亿公里,用户的选装率非常高,也替用户缓解了非常多的价值压力。我们现在正在量产的NIO Autonomous Driving系统,就是刚才前面讲的,我们在ET7上搭配的系统有30多个摄像头,基本上就是对整车的安全性和自动驾驶能力的提高上升了一个量级。让我们的计算平台,不管是从算力,架构,勇于设计,骨干网络方面来讲,把整个行业的水平提升了一个新的台阶。第一个在车里有具象化的人工智能的系统 投了几百亿进行研发 建立起一个正向开发的体系我们在车里面的这种人工智能系统,叫nomi,它不光是一个语音交互的系统,其实也是第一个在车里面有具象化的人工智能的系统。现在每天用户用的次数非常多,它自己在不断的进化。人工智能系统其实我们有很多独创性,比如我们做了情感的引擎,其实是很有意思的一个创新。其实蔚来在过去的几年里面,大概投了几百亿人民币去进行研发,我们跟以前中国公司不一样的地方在于我们是从一根线画起,去做这种研发的,我们是完全正向的开发。正向开发的好处是什么?可能一开始会花的钱多一些,确实会慢一些,但它的好处是真正能够建立起一个正向开发的体系。而且研发的习惯比较好,如果是逆向或者用别的方式去做的话,其实他思维的逻辑是不一样的。我们现在好的一点就在于,在2015年我们选择了完全做正向开发,我们没有逆向任何人的车,我们没有一起IP方面的纠纷。越往后我们培养的这种研发的 DNA是完全不一样的。我们现在有4000多项的专利,当然我们也在不断的提高,不光是数量,我们也在提高研发专利的质量,我们希望今年能够投入的研发预算是50个亿人民币,但因为我们很多研发都还是在比较基础的应用研发,所以研发的质量还是非常高的,这是我们在技术方面的一些创新。简单来讲我们是围绕着智能电动汽车的一个全站的技术能力,我们希望去建立这样的研发的和创新的能力。家用充电桩,超充桩,目的地充电桩 让加电比加油方便第二部分我想讲一下创业服务体验的创新。其实从蔚来来说,我们有一个最基本的角度,就是我们希望能给用户好的体验,这些体验能够让用户喜欢上智能电动汽车,然后能够真正实现让越来越多的人开上电动汽车的愿景。服务的创新,体验的创新其实是中国公司的一些优势,但是我们把它结合用户的场景做的比较极致。比如说我们一直有一个目标,我们希望加电比加油方便,汽油车能去的地方电动车都能去,所以我们就围绕着用户不同的场景,做了非常多创新的投入。在家里面我帮你装充电桩,在公共场合帮你做超充桩,在酒店,在一些旅游景区我们有目的地(充电)桩。换电只需3分钟,全国建成200多换电站 与中石化合作,加油站换电不是梦这些当然别人也都在做,但是我们有另外两件事情别人就没有去做,一个是我们有移动充电车,比如说你要去西藏,青海,内蒙这样的地方,你用别的方式都不好使,移动充电车就能够支持偶尔去那些地方旅游的用户。我们还有一个非常大的创新,叫换电站,我们的换电站是三分钟就能够完成一辆车换电池。你如果没电了就去换电站里面,我们把充好的电池给到你,然后你三分钟换好就走了,跟加油一样快,甚至比加油还要更快。换电的体验是非常重要的,我们叫可充可换。我们的用户已经完成了超过250万次的换电,现在我们在全国已经有200多个换电站。我们在今年的4月15号开始投入二代换电站,二代换电站跟原来的换电站相比,它的速度更快,它电池仓里面的电池更多,一天能支持300多次换电。而且我们现在和中石化有一些非常深的战略合作,所以现在去加油站换电不是一个玩笑话了。中石化也在非常坚决的往综合能源服务商的方向去转型,我们有一个非常好的合作。所以蔚来的充换电的布局,其实是基于cloud-based service的思维去做的,我们是通过云的服务连接,把所有的超充桩,家充桩,换电站,第三方桩,目的地桩全部连接在一起。我们是用一个能源互联网的逻辑去看整个事情,那么用户用APP在车机上就能够非常高效的知道自己最方便的补能方式应该是什么。我们现在已经有200多座换电站,1000多根超充桩,小2000个目的地桩,还接进来了第三方的充电桩38万根。“一键加电,补能无忧”我们还提供就像外卖一样的一键加电服务。你如果车没电了,你就跟我们call一下,在APP上下个单,我们就能帮你加好电。就是“一键加电,补能无忧”。我们的售后服务也是同样的逻辑,你不需要去4s店,你就在APP上就把所有事情都安排好了,我们提供取送车服务,在线结算。其实这些都是要基于场景,基于基础设施去进行全面的开发,其实它的开发工作量一样是非常大的,这种服务体验的创新,它的技术含量是非常高的。买车租电池 自动驾驶的订阅服务模式第三个创新,我们讲创新的商业模式。我们有两个对用户来说很好的模式,一个是我们可以买车租电池。我们提供的服务就是买车的时候,不需要买电池,这样你不需要承担电池那么高的初始购买成本,你也不需要担心电池的贬值,或者担心电池如果坏了的话怎么办?所以我们就把电池和车分开了。这也是非常感谢中国的一些主管部门向包括财政部、税务总局、工信部他们的一些支持。我们还提供可升级的服务。我们在全球第一个成立了一个叫做电池资产公司,我们和宁德时代等这样的公司一起发起成立的,就像电池银行一样。也是把这条路彻底走通了,前前后后从2012年我有这个想法,然后把这个事情走通。总共花了8年的时间。我们在今年提出来一个自动驾驶的订阅服务模式,叫ADaaS设备,把所有的几万块钱自动驾驶硬件的标配,每个月付服务费的模式。合作制造模式 江淮制造,蔚来工艺蔚来还有一个模式就是合作制造的模式,这也是全世界(范围内)的一个创新,就是我们专注的研发和用户服务,在这两方面我们进行坚决的投入。但在制造方面,我们和江淮做了一个制造合作的模式,他们去建工厂,提供工人,我们来负责供应链,负责工艺,我们双方有一个深入的合作。这个合作在初期也是被很多人质疑,当时在2018年的时候,很多人质疑蔚来都没有自己的工厂,你还想卖车?或者说江淮造的车还要卖几十万,然后屁股上还贴着江淮汽车几个字。其实现在来看,三年过去了我们车也都卖出去那么多了,也没有人去质疑这个事情。蔚来遇艰难时刻 合肥雪中送炭 现助力合肥搭建智能电动汽车产业园区我们在做产业集群方面,也有一些新的模式,蔚来在2019年2020年遭遇了很多的挑战,我们和合肥市有一个深入的合作,合肥市在我们最难的时候雪中送炭,把我们从加急病房里面挽救回来。这里面其实就是前面吴教授讲的,我也有一点感慨,蔚来我们累计从全球到今天为止,从全球募资一百四五十亿美金,我们包括在美国上市,包括在海外募资,然后到中国来发展我们的产业。其实在2018年9月份我们去美国上市的时候,本来要融20亿美金,结果只融了11亿美金,但很不幸在时间点上,美国对中国开始打压正好在一个焦点,我们其实没有融到那么多钱,后来我们就被迫去启动人民币的募资。人民币的募资其实进展得很不顺利,当然最后时刻还是合肥市确实非常有远见,他们在最关键的时刻,投资了我们一些,但其实我们并没有拿太多的钱,我们6个月以后又还给他很多的钱,因为我们在资本市场又恢复了活力,但是这个时候他们支持的信心其实比钱更重要,我觉得这也是很有意思的一件事。今年4月29号,我们在和合肥市一起在搭建一个非常大的智能电动汽车产业园区,这也是一个很新的模式。它并不是我们公司的,它是整个合肥市去打造的,安徽省打造的,当然我们在中间是一个很主要的企业,我们在这里面还是一个参与者和一个帮助规划的角色,我们也不是去拿地,我们也不去做这些事情。文章来源于来束光
