My usual weekday starts with eating my breakfast at home ($1.78 local farm lettuce) and drink water. Go to office for work, lunch time I would eat in office canteen $3.40 (rice with 2 vegetables 1 meat) and bring along my water bottle to refill water from dispenser. On the way back home, dinner with husband (sometimes he treats me, sometimes I treat him) at one of the coffeeshop near our home $4.50 noodles. Go home drink water.
