So much pressure to conform to the norms of short term profits. Gone are the days of building a trusted brand that fulfils their promises. Investors today only think about making the most money in the short term rather than keeping customers happy for the long run. Hopefully Netflix can keep to their promise while eventually making money AND keeping customers happy.
