“估值分析”通過選取相對估值指標“市盈率、市淨率、市銷率”，觀察標的本身的估值在一段時期內的變化及所處位置，以及與同時期內標的所處行業的估值水平進行對比分析。得出標的當下所處的估值狀態，併爲投資者提供參考作用。一、怎麼使用估值分析選擇某一估值指標，觀察此指標一段時間內的變化趨勢，及所處的估值區間。我們提供市面上兩種比較常見的評估標準“百分位、標準差”。1.評估標準——百分位定義所選區間內的指標數據樣本從低到高排序的百分之八十位置爲高估閾值，百分之五十位置爲中位閾值，百分之二十位置爲低估閾值。舉例：比如在該標的過去五年中，市盈率在2017年10月——2018年7月處於高估值區，即這一時間段內的標的市盈率高於過去五年市盈率的80%，屬於被高估的狀態；而在2015年12月——2016年2月和2020年3月內處於低估值區，即這一時間段內的標的市盈率低於過去五年市盈率的20%，屬於被低估的狀態。2.評估標準——標準差定義所選區間內的指標數據樣本，+1標準差爲高估閾值，-1標準差爲低估閾值。舉例：比如在該標的過去三年中，市淨率在2017年12月——2018年8月內處於高估值區，即這一時間段內的標的市盈率高於過去五年市淨率的+1標準差值，屬於被高估的狀態；而在2020年2月——2020年5月內處於低估值區，即這一時間段內的標的市淨率低於過去五年市淨率的-1標準差值，屬於被低估的狀態。3.看淨利潤通過比較所選時間內該標的公司的淨利潤增長與其的市值增長來得分析得出該標的當前的溢價情況。如果在所選時間內，該標的公司的市值增長遠大於淨利潤增長，則該標的可能存在較高的溢價如果在所選時間內，該標的公司的市值增長大於但不明顯大於淨利潤增長，則該標的可能存在一定的溢價如果在所選時間內，該標的公司的市值增長與徑流潤增長速度相差較小，則該標的有較小可能存在溢價。舉例：比如在該標的過去五年中，該標的的公司市值
