      Oh oh this is what makes me the most worried....direct impact on bottom line and nvidia scaling back preferred support?  The CEO better think very hard how to bring his house in order. A statement of "no misconduct has been found" without auditor backing coming from the same management accused of it doesn't hold any water

      The Super Micro Computer is struggling to meet its obligations, as another source revealed that NVIDIA pulled out a large order from a Taiwanese firm that has been quick to pick up. Recent claims reveal that NVIDIA has resorted to sourcing its massive AI server orders from SMCI's competitors instead. This is a turning point for SMCI, which has been among NVIDIA's significant clients for some time. It got worse when the firm put brakes on its expansion in Malaysia, stopping plans for a gigantic AI data center project for YTL Group. SMCI's main client, YTL, planned to utilize NVIDIA's high-performance AI servers throughout a facility to become one of the largest supercomputers globally.

      $SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$  Still bullish and really thinking hard if to increase my position at these prices. On one hand this is a Stock battered again and again on bad news and management integrity allegations but on the other side if they can survive the storm and pull out it can be an opportunity...tough choice and risky, I only put in money I am ok to loose given the potential pay back.  For me the main concern will be news of customer leaving and them having to scale down operations.

      $SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$   Either the management is inept in handling the situation or is stonewalling on the details of the wrongdoing due to top management involvement and possible charges. With the auditor resigning the later is more likely. They had time since July to clarify, identify the culprits and come forward, instead they choose not too making it easy to be targeted and willingly putting their shareholders at risk (!) Top management need to be shaken up, being amongst the top companies to profit from the AI surge, having good connection with Nvidia and then putting all this at risk is just irresponsible. I expect DOJ now to really step up a probe and next a class action lawsuit to follow. Any

Any good news in upcoming earnings will be muted due to erroded trust.

      Trading at $28, Super Micro Computer shares dropped a further 15% Thursday following auditor Ernst & Young's resignation amidst ongoing concerns over governance issues. Super Micro joined the S&P 500 in March, but it it fails to provide a compliance plan by Nov. 16, it may be delisted from Nasdaq. For SMCI, which got a non-compliance warning in September, the drop adds to what has been a tumultuous year.       I commented yesterday when I saw the news appear. I will try but this is going to be a rant (...sorry).  A presidential candidate,also a convicted felon, just opening his mouth and blabbering whatever comes to his mind without thinking it through is just a clear demonstration of narcissistic stupidity. Its sad that besides the two candidates there is no younger blood available? This is really the "best" available?...it does not bode well for the US.  Bullying other companies to restrict trade with china (ASML) and then Top it up with such comments. I believe china companies would be more than happy to fill up orders with TSMC and then US companies will do what?
