      Billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates has privately told people he donated around $50 million toward electing Kamala Harris president, a person familiar with the matter said.Gates made the donation to Future Forward, a nonprofit organization run by fellow billionaire and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the person said.
