Circle Internet Group said late Thursday it has priced its public offering of 10 million class A shares at $130 per share.Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million shares.The company is issuing 2 million shares, while shareholders are selling 8 million shares.The offering is expected to close on Aug. 18.
