They supplied very strong guidance going into Q4. $2 billion cash in the bank. Expansion and gaining market share in a sector that's predicted to grow at 25% per annum over the next 5-7 years. Please take note longs, this company is investing and building out its capacity for current and future demand. Dont concern yourself with share price fluctuations over the short term (days/weeks) and focus on the mid to long term (months/years). Keep an eye out for Nvdia Q1 earnings in a couple of weeks. $Shopify(SHOP)$ After that Stellar Earnings Report, SHOP is being held back by Wall St traders, et al. • This is a ploy to force this 'flat' as we've seen in recent weeks, for no reason than to create day trading/week trading chaos and capture of add'l shares at a lower rate •. $Rivian Automotive, Inc.(RIVN)$ Rivian reported $39,000 loss per vehicle. The breakdown was:~$15,000 in depreciation. I don't believe this is a cash loss. This absolutely affects lease prices, but I'm not sure in what meaningful way it is tantamount to a real loss.~$1700 in stock option loss. This is a loss for shareholders but it's a small percent of total loss per vehicle.~$9,500 in loss prior to cost improvement via new suppliers and more cost efficient equipment. This should be a cost reduction Q2 onward. This should also reduce depreciation (according to Rivian).This is the breakdown. Rivian is making the case the real loss Q2 moving forward should be ~$13k. $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ STILL over valued relative to Intel. who us outselling amd 2 to 1 and stock is half of Amd. making no sense because Amd is not growing 4 times faster than Intel. so my thinking is that Wallstreet really like the idea of chips made in taiwan and Lalla really caters to big banks.
