6月3日，在第九屆中國網絡視聽大會上，騰訊副總裁、在線視頻首席執行官孫忠懷稱部分低智低俗短視頻長期影響用戶心智，那些在公共場所語音外放看洗腦短視頻的人，像傻子一樣。孫忠懷稱，反智低俗的娛樂消費者真的是把一代人的審美水平拉下去了。他還表示，在這背後，審覈和播出的監管層面有很大壓力，因爲個性化分發太厲害了，你喜歡豬食看到的就全是豬食，沒別的了。 對此，字節跳動副總裁李亮迴應稱，“這位高管可能並不知道，號稱已經擁有數億用戶的微信視頻號，是目前唯一一家沒有按要求上線‘未成年模式’的短視頻平臺。[吃瓜] $騰訊控股(00700)$
