$Torchlight Energy Resources(TRCH)$Ok. The market doesn’t make sense for this shareat the moment.

If I’m not mistaken, TRCH will cease to existafter the merger and all our share will be transferred as MMAT.

If that’s the case, TRCH should be worth thesame as MMAT. But right now TRCH is trading at a discount to MMAT.

would not be surprised that merger MAYBE a fake news..
the natural worth of TRCH was like $1.30 I think, and you saying after merger the price gonna jump to $9.00. at most give you 1:7 or better deal

there is alot speculation gg around. the new share take on trch trading price and not mmat price. correct me if wrong and refer your source if any. i cant see from anywhere except comments.
