美股研究社消息，美港電訊APP 26日訊，有業內人士向媒體爆料，$臺積電(TSM)$ 已經啓動生產新一代iPhone處理器A15芯片。在產量規模上，A15的規模超出上一代A14，看來蘋果預判iPhone 13系列的需求將在iPhone 12系列之上。據報道，用於iPhone 13系列的A15處理器將升級爲N5P工藝，也就是第二代5nm，製程層面的性能進一步增加，功耗進一步降低，性能相比A14至少有20%提升。本文來源：美股研究社，轉載請註明版權
