    is there a way to lower income tax? seems like the tax rate tiger broker is paying is too high. saw another company paying only 9 percent income tax rate. @巫天华 @爱发红包的虎妞

    1、老虎的在线客服效率什么时候能提高？快的时候十分钟才回复一句，慢的时候快一个小时！用户的时间不值钱是吗？ 2、出金收费，合作银行能不能换下，或者跟银行商量下免除。因为出金要收手续费，就不想入金了！

      不是一直收嘛。说是银行收的，每天前600笔不收。但是老虎出金审核又慢，审核完了就比较晚了，到了银行那里就铁定收。

    Tiger has bad customer service that is usually offered by other broker that it may not be able to attract long term customer loyalty. It can only reduce its commission which will impact on profits
