    So even Non-US share holders are Eligible for the dividends ? How would they be given ?

      Hmm but as per US IRs non- ResidentS are liable to 30% Taxes on dividends. tiger deducts this before paying It to us from my understanding. Im from Singapore :)

      The dividends are paid out as pref shares. Not sure where you are fRom but we dont have taxes on dividends here
