人民銀行就虛擬貨幣交易炒作問題約談部分銀行和支付機構

近日人民銀行有關部門就銀行和支付機構爲虛擬貨幣交易炒作提供服務問題，約談了$工商銀行(601398)$、$農業銀行(601288)$、$建設銀行(601939)$、$郵儲銀行(601658)$、$興業銀行(601166)$和支付寶（中國）網絡技術有限公司等部分銀行和支付機構。 人民銀行有關部門指出，各銀行和支付機構必須嚴格落實《關於防範比特幣風險的通知》《關於防範代幣發行融資風險的公告》等監管規定，切實履行客戶身份識別義務，不得爲相關活動提供賬戶開立、登記、交易、清算、結算等產品或服務。各機構要全面排查識別虛擬貨幣交易所及場外交易商資金賬戶，及時切斷交易資金支付鏈路；要分析虛擬貨幣交易炒作活動的資金交易特徵，加大技術投入，完善異常交易監控模型，切實提高監測識別能力；要完善內部工作機制，明確分工，壓實責任，保障有關監測處置措施落實到位。 受此消息影響，美股區塊鏈板塊盤前跌幅擴大，Marathon Patent、Riot Blockchain跌超7%，SOS、$億邦國際(EBON)$跌4.9%，$嘉楠科技(CAN)$跌4.5%。
