* 雙減政策出臺導致新東方股價盤前下跌近50%在線學科教育類公司再無上市可能

截止美東時間 7月23日，$新東方(EDU)$ 盤前現價3.44美元，下跌近50%。 7月22日，中央深改委會議審議通過《關於進一步減輕義務教育階段學生作業負擔和校外培訓負擔的意見》（簡稱雙減政策）。雙減政策提到，學科類培訓機構一律不得上市融資，嚴禁資本化運作；上市公司不得通過股票市場融資投資學科類培訓機構，不得通過發行股份或支付現金等方式購買學科類培訓機構資產。 投資者認爲，目前政策已經落地，K12教育或將成爲歷史。學科教育在未來很長的一段時間裏將被予以嚴格控制。因此猿輔導這類在線學科教育公司再無上市可能。目前對於新東方來說，在線非學科類教育價值已遠遠高於現在估值。在未來，新東方應該將業務重點放在留學考試、大學教育、考研教育和職業教育上。
