7月23日，熱門中概股普跌，貝殼跌超22%，滴滴跌超17%，逸仙電商跌超14%、嗶哩嗶哩、360數科跌超11%，每日優鮮跌超9%，叮咚買菜、拼多多跌超5%，蔚來、小鵬汽車與百度跌超4%，阿里巴巴跌超3%。

高途、好未來、新東方盤中依舊“頹廢”，晚間新東方、一起教育科技等多家機構作出迴應：網傳“規定”尚未公佈，公司並未收到通知。

同時，晚間摩根大通將好未來目標價從70美元降至7.6美元，評級從中性降至減持；摩根大通將高途評級從中性降至減持，目標價從37美元降至3.5美元。
