港交所將在第三季度就SPAC上市制度諮詢市場意見
由香港財政司司長陳茂波擔任主席的金融領導委員會今日舉行第十六次會議。委員聽取了證券及期貨事務監察委員會和香港交易及結算所有限公司（港交所）簡介有關研究在香港設立特殊目的收購公司上市制度的最新進展。委員備悉港交所將在今年第三季就具體建議諮詢市場意見。
