Of course, Nikki Elizabeth's phone immediately goes to message mode, and the message box is full, mostly from margin calls she never answers. I was in that same position many decades ago. The brokerage firm just pulled out the rug from under my feet. I was losing $15,000 per day for a solid month. Then the divorce came. Then a stint in jail. That was a very dark period. I hope to never go back, and thankfully, I can practice emotional detachment from stock positions today. I had to learn that the hard way. It hurt.
