2021年6月3日，重慶市南岸區城市建設發展（集團）有限公司（“公司”）定價發行5年期、3.5億美元高等級無抵押境外債券，於新加坡交易所（“新交所”）掛牌上市。

公司是重慶市南岸區最重要的國有資產投資運營主體，主要職責是負責重慶市南岸區城市基礎設施建設和土地一級開發，截至2020年末，公司資產總額約673億元；2020年公司營業收入約37億元。
本次發行境外債，公司是在“中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示範項目”五週年的背景下，再次登陸國際資本市場，充分體現了公司在重慶市推進“成渝地區雙城經濟圈”等國家戰略、建設內陸開放高地中發揮的重要作用，進一步提升了重慶市和南岸區的國際影響力，並向國際資本市場傳遞了重慶國資國企健康平穩、持續向好發展的正面信息，同時也印證了國際投資者對重慶未來發展潛力充滿信心。
