Artificial intelligence hype has been storming the markets lately, as companies rush to develop and launch their AI initiatives, products and services. With brightening prospects of AI to drive the next phase of growth in the technology sector, I’m increasingly optimistic of the AI sector and the semiconductor industry $Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares(SOXL)$ supporting it. I believe that $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ , $Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ , $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ and $C3.ai, Inc.(AI)$ are poised to grow further, as more investors jump onto the AI bandwagon. Nvidia has recently joined the trillion-dollar club, as the company maintains its lead in the AI chip market to fuel the increasing hunger for AI performance. With continual innovation and growing AI demands, hopefully it will just be a matter of time before Nvidia joins the prestigious 2-trillion dollar clubhouse. At the same time, TSMC is the semiconductor foundry leader, as it enjoys semiconductor manufacturing technology leadership and market dominance. AI is expected to drive new demands for semiconductor chips, benefiting TSMC that is the powerhouse to deliver the chips.
