A merger between a fast-growing AI stock,and stock that has had a 5-year growth of 10% (which means negative growth in real terms) will do MSFT no good whatsoever.If I was adding shares here,I would wait until the decision is in(next week,at the earliest) and you might get in at $320/share. You have no business advising anyone of anything,since you don't know the difference between revenue and profit. $Microsoft(MSFT)$
