Coinbase is doomed, it is simple law. You can’t run an exchange and list your own assets on that exchange and be a broker and derivative trader.
The law says you can’t trade securities on an exchange and also be a broker, derivative trader and hedge fund etc on that exchange. This is exact what Coinbase is doing. It’s black and white and illegal.
That means Coinbase will be broken up and most crypto assets will go to zero.
