Netflix $Netflix(NFLX)$ is not stupid. They carefully did the calculations and came to the conclusion that removing that tier would actually increase revenue/arpu.
Regarding the strike, here's a list of shows: squid game squid game, money heist, all of us are dead, attorney Woo, lupin.
The common thread is that all of those were fabulously successful shows for Netflix globally. All of them were made outside of Hollywood system. The strike will suck, but no one's got better infrastructure than Netflix to handle it. They are the kings of telling global stories.
