$NXBR(NXBR)$ I am going to just leave my shares under Tiger as there are no fees as confirmed by the Tiger helpline. I read on Reddit that if the shares become tradeable again, they have to transfer from AST to the brokerage again which I believe will incur costs again. Anyway, have put enough money into this scam. Not going to waste more money.
