"Disinflationary process" is taking place in the US economy right now. July CPI has only increased by 3.2% which is getting close to the 2% target set by the Fed.
The market is always unpredictable; it may start to fall when everyone is optimistic. On the other hand, it may start to rise when everyone is pessimistic! Hence, It's good to always invest regularly as no one can accurately predict the market. Even during a bull run, you should only invest in good stocks with fair valuation and don't have the "Fear of Missing out" (FOMO). Some recent examples include$Upstart Holdings, Inc.(UPST)$ $SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ .
The key to investment is patience, only buy at a fair price. Personally, I wont buy most of the stocks now as they are mostly near their 52-weeks high. However, you will know that there's some good stocks that is near its 52-weeks if you have done sufficient research. I don’t get the short thesis on this one. Making piles of money. Growing 50% YoY. Backlogged on continually increasing demand. Seems suicidal to me
