Why My WINNING RATES high than 80% !

My investments Winning rate is keep around 80% sustaining more than a year, the higher rate is 86% , the lower rate was 75% since I started my investment.  Despite I have amazing return currently but I had terrible failure experience too before I involved myself in US market. If u are interesting my investment story, you can read further. I have been started my investment from bricks investments since my wife was working at a bank manager, because of her,  we can received very first news development project before others knew. We were totally traded in and  out more than 7 properties in between few years. Surely ,  we earned a massive profits from there. The profits we earned are all reinvested in the other properties but nothing investment will keeping blossom and suitability.  The hot market passed by and currently I still holding 4 properties in my portfolio including my living house but luckily I have settled all the bank loan excepting latest one condominium I invested. Surely,  I  being a happy house owner with renting my properties to a female Doctor and the education enterprise. My passive income is more than enough to help me paid for the last bank loan every month with left some balance after paying bank loan. I felt I am lucky that I have great info from my lovely wife and she was increasing our wealth in very short term,  unfortunately,  she left me 2 months  ago due to cancer. I am upsetting that she can't enjoying what we own  right now. 

Bygone by bygone, I have to looking forward for my rest my life with my 2 precious sons. So how I involved in share market and how terrible failure experience I went through.  And why I chosen swift a big portion wealth in US market.  What make me have those thinking and why I can sustained very well with my winning rate.
