My life experiences that driven me to closely monitor specific stocks? [Thinking] Oh, yes! [OMG] I remember, my first time when using $Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$, I see many many green and red. Sometime, one go green, another time, they turn red. Green, red, red, green, green, red, so interesting. [Wow] Even good news also turn red. Bad news can turn green. I also don't know what I am saying! [Facepalm] So, from that moment, I start to monitor as many stocks in $Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ and I have many Tigers friends, including TigerGPT that keep me going, just like my downstairs cats. Being in sg construction sector makes me sensitive to construction industry. There has been a strong ramp up in hdb bto projects as sg govt is trying to cool housing prices by increasing housing supply. There is going to be a flood of hdb btos that are coming out and there will be severe shortage of workers. By extension, worker accomodation will also be in severe shortage. Govt agencies are taking action to reduce the worker dorm shortage, but its likely going to be insufficient. This puts $CENTURION CORPORATION LIMITED(OU8.SI)$ at an advantage as their worker dorms will be in high demand. I had foreseen the shortage in advance and bought centurion shares. With the shortage of dorms, centurion will be able to increase the profit margins of their dorms. Lets see how it plays out.

instead of individual stocks, I bought $FTSE China Bull 3X Shares(YINN)$ as I believe there will be another uptrend for Chinese stocks, eyeing on the reversal to buy more. Earned some profit previously from 35 & dropped at 43, so the price is considered very reasonable at the moment!

From my understanding, the past reports and comparisons of past reports are important as one time off or continue to bleed. Many investors are not aware or sensitive of the shift in consumer trend as we are normally more traditional user. Only the sensitive ones or the pioneers are the ones who stand to gain most if successful.
