Tesla bullish with this correction and the job strike

When labor unions call for strikes,

their impact resonates throughout the automotive industry. Companies like Ford, General Motors (GM), and Stellantis are often in the spotlight during these labor disputes due to their extensive unionized workforces. However, one notable exception to this trend is Tesla.$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$

The reason behind this contrast lies in the fundamental differences in how Tesla compensates its employees. At Tesla, workers receive a substantial portion of their compensation in the form of stock options, which sets them apart from the traditional unionized labor model prevalent in other automakers.

In many established automakers like Ford, GM, and Stellantis,

unionized workers negotiate for wages, benefits, and working conditions collectively. When negotiations stall or disputes arise, strikes can be a powerful bargaining tool to push management to meet the demands of the union. These strikes can disrupt production schedules, impact sales, and lead to financial losses for the company.

On the other hand, Tesla follows a different compensation strategy. Employees, particularly in critical roles, are often offered generous stock options as part of their compensation packages. This practice aligns the financial interests of Tesla employees with the company's success. As Tesla's stock price rises, employees benefit directly from the increased value of their stock options.

Because Tesla's workers Were

typically do not unionize, they lack the collective bargaining power that traditional unionized workers possess. This means that labor disputes at Tesla do not result in widespread strikes that could significantly disrupt production or affect the company's bottom line.

Tesla has hired thousands of drivers to establish proper driving behavior data. Turns out you cant teach a child to drive riding around with a bunch of lunatics in a hurry.
