$TransCode Therapeutics Inc.(RNAZ)$ Guys the offering aamt is 8 mill DOLLARS at .51 cents, this equates to 15.7 MILLION shares added to the float that is near 2million. Yall saying it aint that much... you do realize that ends a lot of this stocks ability to halt and go up etc. This will crash pre market, trapping many bag holders who bought above 1.00 which is a majority of you. This is dilution at 7x the float! This is significant in a PHARMA COMPANY we all know how that sht goes, the sector of lots of loss from investors.
