High quality holders with Vanguard, Blackrock and State Street leading with about 19% combined may see today sell-off as a significant buying opportunity. Seeing this as a technical sell-off, ELC's product line is strong and well diversified. High operating costs need to be addressed but at $100ish, ELC is under-valued.
