$Singtel(Z74.SI)$ The general foundation is there. Really do not see how a single subsidiary can affect its shares so badly, though Optus has its fair share of media limelight. 

The bounce back in share price with the dividend announcement is really amazing.

    Im not in this stock but to answer your qn its because optus makes the bulk of the revenue for Singtel fyi. SG generated revenue is very low.
