Small Caps in for a run in 2024? Memories of 2021!?

"History" - COVID 2020 gave rise to easy money leading to the hurrah in 2021 where IWM (Russell 2000) was rampant! - You can see it had been in that same range entire of 2021! - With the start of 2022 rate hikes, easy money went away and we saw the wyckoff distribution play out to the lower range ==> And we have been in that lower accumulation range for 2 YEARS! and now look to challenge the upper limit again at 198! "Future" - Are we headed back upwards after a 2year accumulation period?! - Massive liquidity built would signal a very strong push if 2024 sees small caps break above the range!
