Waiting time to get hold chat representative is very quick. 

Although I noticed that the chat representative wasn't able to solve my problems immediately (most of the time); they did eventually follow up on it via email (after chasing the chat representative a few times).

Most of the problems got resolved within a couple of days and a week at most. 

There's room for improvement but I'm not complaining, as the main objective of my problems getting resolved was ultimately accomplished.
