If you are losing sleep due to falling prices, ask yourself this,

1. What's the cause? Is it broad market bearishness or specific to your stock.

If broad market, what's the reason? War, Inflation, COVID,... ? Will this affect your stock as a going concern? It's profitability? Short term? Long term?

If it's specific to your stock, what's the reason? Competition? Mismanagement? Industry wide? Technological shifts?

2. Will you buy more since it's now "cheaper"? If not, should you sell?

Knowing yourself (temperament, risk adversity,..) & knowing your stocks (business, competition, direction,...) helps a lot in mitigating & overcoming the cause of losing sleep. Decide, Create & follow & tweak your own set of rules to buy, sell, hold based on Valuations  (for FA followers) or Charts (for TA followers) or a combo of both.

Over time & with experience, you ought to be able to trade / invest without too much lasting emotions. If not, then perhaps your temperament may not be suitable for direct stocks investing / trading. Seek alternatives instead eg via Certified Financial Advisers, Fund Managers, Bankers,... etc or simply put in ETFs, FD, Govt Securities, MMF,... etc
