$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ i dont know any financial advisor that can offer advice for a low amount of fee. Platforms like youtube, tiktok and instagram offers easy to access and free financial advices so why not? I follow a few people on instagram who is sharing some legit financial advices and so far, im doing great!
