For the same reasons this "stock" wasn't worth ^40 or $80- it's not worth $5, $10 or $20. Looks like the overnight pump will set up another dead-cat bounce at the open- then look out below as the real pro's and the Chinese insiders take your money....there is nothing to justify this run- nothing material at all- just chatbots.
