Legacy auto = piss poor ROA and ROC vs Tesla with superior ROA and ROC.

Legacy auto = relic engineering vs Tesla = cutting edge engineering.

Legacy auto requires billions in taxpayer bailouts to stay afloat vs Tesla who politicians fight cause Elon threatens old money interests.

Legacy auto = inefficient with their capital vs Tesla with tremendous capital efficiency.
