$Western Digital(WDC)$ has resume deal talks with Kioxia which will further enhance western digital position in the chip making industry. There is also plan to revolutionize cryptocurrency trading by western digital. This is something we should be looking forward to.

If we look at how at how western digital is trading above the 50-day MA period for more than 50 trading session, with the positive plan and deal upcoming, I would think Western digital can continue its upside.

Western Digital ADX is currently below 20 indicate a weak trend, but this should not stop its bullish upside as shown by +DI above -DI by large margin.

I believe Western Digital should be making an upside to clear the 20 level soon.

Western Digital RSI is showing to be in the overbought region, this suggest that traders and investors would be looking at long and buying positions.

We should be able to see some volume in Western Digital trading today (04 Mar).

Summary

Overall, i would think western digital have potential on the upside for short to mid term. With the positive news of deal with Kioxia and also their plan to revolutionize cryptocurrency trading, this would make them in advanced stages.

As we see cryptocurrency trading advancing later in the year, Western Digital might be one of the front runner.
