Stay Chill and Don't Chase

Ah, FOMO lah! Everyone’s got it. In our kiasu society, we kiasu-lly compare ourselves to others, uneasy when we feel we’re missing out. In the stock market, bro. Until we can cure this FOMO condition, we can invest like a chillax boss and sleep like a baby lor.

Eh, think about it lah. Stock go up a lot, like winning 4D, but chances of it coming down higher than uncle kena scold for not wearing a mask. Buy low, bro! Probability says it got more chance of going up than falling like durian from tree.

Walao, look at $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ . Hit $300 in 2023, up +123%. Now, where it at? Let us study another lesson in history revisit the covid peak like we revisit hawker center during Phase 2. Zoom, Mordena, Pfizer, Google, Amazon – all ho jiak during covid, but history tell us later they like bubble tea lah, shake shake and burst.

Talk about personal kopi experience, I enter $Qualcomm(QCOM)$ in May 2023 when it bottomed at $105. Confirm steady one, got sustainable dividend and balance sheet thicker than chicken rice portion. Sure got people say semiconductor industry sibei jialat, but I see chance like catching MRT train during non-peak hours. Now, semiconductor industry huat, and Qualcomm news swee swee. Lucky move, like finding extra chicken wing in your chicken rice.

So, buy low lah, my preferred strategy. Hope you enjoy my kopi talk, and may the markets be with you, like chili padi in your laksa!

Share, like, and comment lah! Don't be shy, jio your friends to join the kopi gang too!
