In my case, it is $First Reit(AW9U.SI)$. I bought it at almost ATH and now it is trading at 0.25 cents. I ever thought of averaging it down but i was thinking if it is worth the effort. [Thinking]

Anyway, i will think about it after i have achieved my 2024 SG Dividend KPI. Past few days, i realised i had applied a wrong strategy. [Facepalm][Cry][Gosh][OMG]. Its not too late i realised it now as i still have 9months to achieve my target. [LOL][Happy][Chuckle]
