$Microsoft(MSFT)$ I would never short this but ultimately you have a commodity box provider benefiting from having availability during a demand surge... And even with all this demand, they can't pay for expansion out of cash flow and have to take on debt. Inevitably, as in all commodity markets, either demand will peak or other entrants will aggressively compete for sales and available margin. As an 18-year-old trader in the 1990s, this draws parallel first to the PC market where players like Dell Compaq Gateway and others saw their stocks surge during the early part of the internet boom. Overlapping this was a massive surge in internet networking plays, along with Cisco, Nortel Alcatel Lucent and countless startups. In the end, after these massive ramps, most of these companies fell flat or disappeared. This is a commodity space where margins are sub 10 percent. Savvy traders may pick up a few dozen percentage points to the upside, but the end game here is inevitable. Buy and hold with caution
