Federal Court allows Superloop's (ASX:SLC) directive on Aussie Broadband shareholding
Superloop said that the Federal Court of Australia has declined to grant an injunction against Superloop's directive for Aussie Broadband (ASX:ABB) to reduce its shareholding to below 12%.
Superloop's direction remains in effect as planned.
The decision follows Aussie Broadband's legal challenge to Superloop's share disposal directive aimed at protecting its investment.
The Federal Court's decision allows Superloop to proceed with its original directive.
