$Destiny Tech100 Inc(DXYZ)$ I personally do not think the NAV is going to be so important with a closed end fund like this. THis is finally an opportunity for the small guy to also invest in private tech. I think the SEC should not be allowed to do what they do to accredit investors from buying private stock. It should be illegal. THat's why a fund like this is great for people making under 200K or don't have a million in assets, THis is going to the moon literally!
