Look at Tencent's $TENCENT(00700)$ current market price, its return on assets (ROA), and its business operations. How did someone come up with the idea that it wouldn't go up for ten years? Marx taught us long ago that prices fluctuate with value. Even if I don't want it to rise, it will naturally rise eventually.

Just like with Agricultural Bank of China (AgBank) when it was at 2.7, I really don't understand. At a price-to-earnings ratio of just three or four times, there were still people betting against it. Do these people really believe AgBank will go bankrupt in three years or suddenly lose most of its business?
