Apple has a better ecosystem than Samsung and I think that's enough to keep users sticking with Apple's iPhone for at least a few more years. Not every consumer user is a tech-head wanting cutting-edge features. When I've gone to the Apple Store, the Apple Genius people are helping people to learn simple things on their devices and consumers are happy to get that help.
