Investors are delusional at times, unfortunately.

$Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$ $Marathon Digital Holdings Inc(MARA)$ $CleanSpark, Inc.(CLSK)$ $MicroStrategy(MSTR)$ $GraniteShares 2x Long COIN Daily ETF(CONL)$ I believe the halving event has already been priced in, such that the halving event tomorrow would not drastically cause an upward swing in the price of Bitcoin. 🚩🚩Rather, I'm skeptical and inclined to believe that the price of Bitcoin and crypto related stocks may face selling pressures tomorrow as people take profit. Just like what happened on the day Spot Bitcoin ETFs get approved. History just has an uncanny way of repeating itself. 🚩🚩 Not forgetting that Grayscale recently transferred 6200 Bitcoins (worth $434 mil) to Coinbase recently, sparking speculations that they are ready to be sold off, and should that happen tomorrow, market prices of Bitcoin and Crypto related stocks will be heavily impacted. Somehow, I got a hunch that the Crypto space will suffer some consolidation pain in the short term before a bull run in June, then a dip and another bull run in Nov/Dec period. For Coinbase in particular, the upside to $270 minimal, and downside to $200 way higher at this juncture. Miner stocks will also struggle to prove their worth in the short run when Bitcoin halves, as many scramble to take losses on less-than-efficient machineries and make hefty purchases for more efficient ones. Investors would be looking to see how profitability of these companies would be post halving before purchasing their stocks with confidence. That is what I'd do at least. Given my predictions, I'm trading options for now, and not into holding any of these stocks as I do not want to be caught when the massive sell-offs / take-profits happen. 🐻🐻🐻🐻 Not forgetting the woes of high inflation, possibilities of delayed or no rate cuts, a possible rate hike, Middle East tensions etc. 🐻🐻🐻🐻 ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Edit to add the following news snippets for those interested in the Middle East Conflicts: 🚩 Israel striked Iran's Consular Building in Syria on 1st April, killing two of Tehran's top generals. 🚩 In retaliation, Iran launched a drone and missle attack on Israel last weekend (14 April). 🚩 Iran said in an interview with CNN (18 April): If Israel takes any further military action against Iran, Iran's actions would be "immediate and at a maximum level,” Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian told CNN Thursday, as fears rise of an escalation of the conflict in the Middle East. 🚩Few hours ago (19 April): Israeli projectiles were reported to have targeted an Air Force base near Isfahan which long has been home to Iran's fleet of American-made F-14 Tomcats - purchased before the 1979 Islamic Revolution. 🧨🧨 Now that Israel has conducted strikes on the city of Isfahan in central Iran, will we expect Iran to retaliate with 'maximum' and 'immediate' severity which Iran was quoted saying to CNN yesterday? And if Iran were to do so, what implications will that have on the world and stock markets across the world? Asian markets (SGX, ASX, JPX Nikkei etc) have reportedly fallen. Expect the US market (Nasdaq, Dow, SnP) to fall later, possibly bringing Crypto and Crypto stocks down. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Lemme also remind yall that today is a Friday and stocks typically close lower on a Friday. Together with geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and accelerating inflation, even if stocks were to appear in the green when markets open, it will likely close in the reds later. Why? Cause discerning investors would not want to be caught in the crossfire of uncertainties over the weekend!! More bombing may ensue over the weekend just like what happened last weekend, which caused Wall Street days of reds when markets opened earlier this week. Should countries in the Middle East go to war and pull the US in, more pain will ensue next week. So investors would likely pull out later before market closes. At this juncture, the risk of downside outweighs the possibility of an upside. For those still ballsy enough to buy in at this juncture, I salute your bravery 🫡 What do you guys think? Will Crypto stocks close lower later? Will Crypto stocks rise or fall drastically on Friday?
