$DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$  When Tiger giving out split shares? Anyone knows?

Updates:

I checked with live agent (see attached pic).

we will get the bonus shares on 30 Apr.

will be in the form of shares, not cash.

Hope it clarifies.

    From the docs. TLDR is tiger will pay you cash rather than the split shares


    When your position is subject to a forward split or a reverse split:
    (1) Retain the whole share component;


    (2) the fractional part of this split will be sold for cash.


    For example, you are holding 1.6 shares of XYZ at $10 per share. If XYZ is facing a 2 for 1 (2:1) forward split, you will own 3 shares of XYZ at a price of $5 per share, and receive cash worth 0.2 shares of XYZ at the current market price. If XYZ is facing a 2 for 1 reverse split, you will receive cash worth 0.8 shares of XYZ at the current market price

      My understanding of fractional share is less than 1 share. For this, it will just be odd lot given it is less than 100shares (1 lot).
      Anyway i have dropped a query to tiger broker telegram to ask about this

      but what u shared here is fractional share (less than a unit), whole share component (per unit share) will be awarded.
      but sg stock buying/selling 100 shares per unit, so not very sure as well.

      But not sure for sg stock as usually is buying/selling 100 shares as a unit.
