Helios Energy (ASX:HE8) teams up with Macaw Energies to deploy LNG solution
Helios Energy partnered with Macaw Energies, a subsidiary of Golar LNG, to deploy a modular liquefied natural gas solution at its Presidio Oil and Gas Project in Texas, USA.
The partnership addresses natural gas flaring in remote fields, improving oil production efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Macaw owns, operates, and maintains the LNG Module, with an option for additional units.
The agreement includes a gas sales arrangement, sharing profits from natural gas liquids.
