I was a trader, but it takes so much skill, time, and effort to make a consistent gain. It's just like a job. You need to understand every stock you trade, which limits the number of stocks you can trade. It seemed to me like there was always something that came out of the blue that messed up some of my trades.
I really like being long a stock, whose underlying asset is poised to go ballistic. I really don't think it gets better than this.
