$Li Auto(LI)$ I do not think NIO control their cost well. They was outsourcing their mfg and just brought back to in house. They still have some way to tune up their mfg process besides retooling their mfg floor. Agreed about swap battery design but it is not standard design for the whole China. Thus, the swap stations, just like charging stations, need to be across the whole country. However, the battery charging station availabilities seems to be much higher than battery swap service stations. Conclusion is NIO could be a target for acquisition in next 1-2 years by one of EU car maker…. Just a thought.
